Supreme Court gives a blow to WhatsApp and Meta

The Supreme Court has dismissed the petition filed by WhatsApp and Meta platforms against the CCI.

In which the decision of the Delhi High Court was challenged. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had refused to stay the CCI's investigation in the case.

In the matter, the bench said that the investigation of CCI should be completed at the earliest.
